We have been contracted into numerous business to create strategic plans. One example is a New Zealand accountancy firm called Grant Thornton. Here we created a 5 year business strategy which was based around a knowledge management approach. It was designed to be a framework for the direction of the firm, for their CEO. It encompassed topics like intellectual property, information storage, information sharing, Monitoring and Reporting.
Another example is one of New Zealand’s most known charities, Child Fund. Here were development a new business process strategy that encompassed a Customer Relationship Management Solution. We created a strategy that outlined objectives, priority areas to concentrate on and customer relationship management principles that went across the various operational areas of Child Fund in order to help meet and support the overall objectives for the organisation. It made recommendations as to the phasing of a CRM solution across Child Fund and also highlighted the areas within each business unit where CRM could assist in issue resolution or improved business processes.
