Our Experience 

Business Mechanix work day to day in the project environment for multiple customers at a time. Our team are used to deadlines and the importance of resolving issues and mitigating project risks. The work performed for University of Canterbury on their HR project upgrade was a great example of this. Business Mechanix were recommended by an Australian contact and were then subsequently contracted to provide assistance with a large PeopleSoft HRMS upgrade. Business Mechanix worked with Oracle and University of Canterbury HR and ITS teams to ensure successful project implementation. Reviewing architecture and up-skilling staff in the on-going management of solutions like PeopleSoft is only part of what we do. Speedy delivery, working between functional/ business and technical resources is where we excel.

Recent works as part of the Auckland Council Project Team saw Business Mechanix working with Designertech on producing an Architectural Design for how a CRM solution might look if architected using cloud and on-premise technologies. Also provided was training to the core project team on the capability of a CRM platform.  

In addition we have driven projects with the likes of chairing the Hamilton Fibre Network Group in conjunction with Wintec, Hamilton City Council and the Waikato DHB, which later was rolled into the NZ Ultra-Fast Broadband roll-out. In the Hawkes Bay, Business Mechanix were a core part of the project team implementing an Identity Management Solution and for Eastern Institute of Technology, we Project Managed a Relationship Management solution for their Executive Management Team.
