It’s hard to write about all the experience Business Mechanix has had with CRM because we have done so much, so much so we recon we could almost write a book on it! As a starting point we have implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM into a range of businesses including tertiary education providers, media firms, accounting,  insurance and manufacturing companies just to name a few. 

We have helped the likes of MediaWorks implement an IT and Service Desk ticketing solution using Microsoft CRM and have trained and mentored their team so they can code using things like Java Script and HTML. 

Our customisation and workflow development experience is also impressive. Business Mechanix have created customisations, developed opportunity related workflows and delivered training to Argenta, Aber Holdings, Wintec, Cyclone Computers, Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi as well as many more. Business Mechanix are most well-known for our work with complex web integrations and Single Sign-on, especially with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 

We have delivered marketing mentoring training for a global Telecommunications Software company, Zeacom, that required configuration and training within the CRM Marketing entity. We have also completed CRM upgrades for Zeacom and Cyclone Computers. We licence CRM for large companies and tertiary providers including MediaWorks, Aber Holdings and Argenta. 

Creating world class portals using CRM is a favourite of ours we have developed portals using Microsoft CRM for Wintec, University of Canterbury, and Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi. These portals incorporated a combination of out of the box CRM functionality and integration with systems and solutions that have seen Business Mechanix nominated for global Microsoft awards. Our website is even based on top of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM portal. 

We have developed simple add-ons for CRM that we have sold and use extensively in-house including the postcode finder, Google address finder and job title formatter. Business Mechanix have also development entire systems on top of Microsoft CRM including a Fleet Management System, a Property Management System and Enquiry Management System. These are used at Tertiary sites including Wintec, New Zealand Management Academies and Te Whare Wānanga o Awanuiārangi.
