Our Experience

We ran a quality review programme for the Professionals Real Estate New Zealand and Queensland offices which involved reviewing how they operated, provided recommendations for improvement and scored their overall and improvement ratings.  These reviews were the basis for awards given to the offices at their annual conference.  This programme was run over a number of years and the offices received enormous benefit from the improvements highlighted and recommended.

Proactive technology maintenance includes everything from patching servers and desktops to antivirus and anti spam management.  We have worked with many customers from Retail - Living & Giving, to Manufacturing - McKay Electrical, where we have provided proactive and reactive maintenance of networks, servers, laptops and desktops.  We provide contracted and ad-hoc support.

North Sails, a sail design company based on the viaduct in Auckland get maintenance services from Business Mechanix which is provided remotely and onsite both during and after business hours. The support we provide ranges from larger network related problems to advice and training for users working with particular applications.
