Wayne established Business Mechanix in 2000.  This was a major step following a successful corporate career in Information Technology Management.  He was employed by a large professional services firm for more than 10 years and performed a variety of roles from commencement as a consultant through to his final position of National Director of Technology. Wayne's specialties are in understanding what businesses need and how technology can be used to meet their needs.  He has successfully transformed IT departments to align them with their companies goals whilst motivating the teams to achieve more. Wayne holds formal qualifications in Computer Science from Massey University.  His background and indepth technical knowledge enable him to relate to and lead technical teams and his business knowledge and experience ensures appropriate solutions are created and delivered that align to needs of the business.
